AH Digital Co. sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed, copied, downloaded, and used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access is delivered.

Refund Eligibility

We may review requests within 7 days of purchase only for duplicate purchases, verified technical delivery failures, corrupted files, or materially incorrect product delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Buyer’s remorse.
• Accidental purchase after checkout confirmation.
• Failure to read the product description.
• Not using the purchased files.
• Expecting custom work when the product is a downloadable template or kit.
• Incompatibility with your personal workflow after files have been delivered.

Download Issues

If you cannot access your files, contact us first. We will attempt to resend access, verify the order, or provide reasonable support.
